Auto Trader Highly Rated Awards are back for 2021!

Behind every review you receive on Auto Trader is a customer experience. We know that customers want a transparent buying experience and that trust is key. Trust in the vehicle, trust in the price, trust in the process and trust in you – the retailer. Here’s a reminder of why reviews are important, what you need to do in order to be awarded as Highly Rated, and when you can expect to find out.

Generating reviews and demonstrating a high standard of service to your customers is now essential in todays’ buying journey. 96% of people read reviews and they can significantly increase your sales conversion rates too [1]. Being Highly Rated on Auto Trader shows that you have demonstrated the key factors in being a trusted retailer.

To be Highly Rated on Auto Trader, retailers must have:

·       An average overall rating of 4 stars and above

·       Enough reviews in proportion to the size of their Auto Trader forecourt

·       Responded to reviews; including both positive and negative

In July, we will be announcing the retailers who are Highly Rated on Auto Trader in 2021. Those who are Highly Rated will see the award proudly displayed in their adverts and Retailer Store,  plus stickers to be displayed in dealerships.
