Showcasing high standards of customer service
Today we have announced our Highly Rated retailers for 2024. This year, we have awarded over 1,800 Highly Rated retailers on Auto Trader.
Encouraging your customers to share their positive experience by leaving a review gives you the opportunity to showcase your high standard of customer service to both current and future buyers. Once a year we award the retailers who have been consistently recognised by their customers on providing outstanding customer service over the last 12 months through their reviews.
Reviews are crucial to building trust and confidence with buyers, with a recent onsite survey showing that 75% of Auto Trader consumers said that they would be more likely to visit a retailer who is Highly Rated than one who isn’t when purchasing their next vehicle¹
This year, we have once again identified the retailers who have hit our criteria over the last 12 months:
A high volume of recent reviews on Auto Trader in proportion to your sales
An average review rating of 4* and above
Replied to all 1 and 2 star reviews on Auto Trader
All Highly Rated retailers will be receiving a sticker pack this week to proudly display in their dealership, along with visibility on the Full-page advert and their Retailer Store.
Share your success and enter our prize draw
To celebrate Highly Rated retailers and support them in reaching even more potential customers, we are running a prize draw to give 3 lucky winners a donation of £500 to a charity of their choice, so if you are Highly Rated this year here’s what you need to do to enter:
Post a photo or video of your Highly Rated 2024 Award sticker in your showroom or a screenshot of your Highly Rated 2024 Award digital asset using the hashtag #ATHighlyRated
Entries across multiple platforms are permitted, so make sure you tag our Auto Trader Insight social media accounts on X (@ATInsight), LinkedIn (Auto Trader Insight) and Instagram (@AutoTraderInsight) using the hashtag #ATHighlyRated
You’ll be entered once into the prize draw (per social media platform) if you share a screenshot, twice if you share your own photo or 3 times if you share a video of your sticker.
The prize draw will run between 10am on Monday 15th July 2024 and 23:59pm on Monday 5th August 2024.²
