A sneak preview of our upcoming TV ad

We are going live from Christmas Day with our brand-new TV ad and you can catch a first glimpse of it below.

Continuing with our much-loved Britain’s Biggest Matchmaker promise, our brand-new TV ad promotes the ease of using Auto Trader to buy a vehicle online, with a key focus on home delivery. The campaign will reach over 80% of the target audience through hundreds of millions of impressions between Christmas Day and April. This campaign forms part of a significant investment in marketing this year, which represents the most Auto Trader has spent in a single year.

You’ll notice that the campaign stars a retailer character, as we continue to champion the role of the retailer and the way many retailers have embraced changing consumer behaviour.

How can you make the most of this?

Ensure you have activated the ‘Home Delivery’ and/or ‘Click & Collect’ flags to display on your adverts in Portal if you offer these services.

To activate ‘Home Delivery’, simply log in to Portal, click on ‘Account’ in the nav, followed by ‘Business Account’, then ‘Home Services’.

Save time and money when moving vehicles…

Did you know, you’ve got access to the UK’s leading vehicle logistics platform in Portal? So if you offer home delivery and want to save time and want to reduce costs, be sure to check it out. Retailers who use the service save £26 per move and last year we saved retailers a combined £4m.  And if you don’t currently offer home delivery but are considering it and would benefit from help with moving vehicles, our platform can do the work for you. All you need to do is list the vehicles that need moving from A to B, then let over 400 trusted logistics partners bid their best price for the move. All retailers now have free access to this platform. Just click the ‘Moving’ tab in Portal to list a move or visit this page to find out more.
