Our 2023 Highly Rated retailers have been announced
Showcasing high standards of customer service
Today we have announced our Highly Rated retailers for 2023. This year, we have awarded over 1,500 Highly Rated retailers on Auto Trader.
Encouraging your customers to share their positive experience by leaving a review gives you the opportunity to showcase your high standard of customer service to both current and future buyers. Once a year we award the retailers who have been consistently recognised by their customers on providing outstanding customer service over the last 12 months through their reviews.
Reviews are crucial to building trust and confidence with buyers, with a recent onsite survey showing that almost 90% of Auto Trader consumers believe reviews are important in their decision-making process when considering buying their next vehicle¹.
This year, we have once again identified the retailers who have hit our criteria over the last 12 months:
A high volume of recent reviews on Auto Trader
An average review rating of 4* and above
A good reply rate to reviews
All Highly Rated retailers will be receiving a sticker pack this week to proudly display in their dealership, along with visibility on the Full-page advert and their Retailer Store.
Share your success and enter our prize draw
We encourage all Highly Rated retailers to showcase their success across all social media channels using the hashtag #athighlyrated2023. We will also be running a prize draw to celebrate Highly Rated retailers and to support them in reaching even more potential customers. We’re giving 5 lucky winners a donation of £200 to a charity of their choice, so if you are Highly Rated this year here’s what you need to do to enter:
Post a photo of your Highly Rated sticker in your showroom or online
Tag one of our Auto Trader Insight social media accounts on Twitter (@ATInsight), LinkedIn (Auto Trader Insight) and Instagram (@AutoTraderInsight) using the hashtag #athighlyrated2023
You'll be entered into the prize draw twice if you share a photo or video of your sticker, once if you share a screenshot. Entries across multiple platforms are permitted
The prize draw will run between 10am on Monday 17th July 2023 and 23:59pm on Monday 7th August 2023.²
